All our products are made to order, which means every item is specially created just for you after you place your order. Because of this, our shipping timelines are a bit different from traditional stores — but we promise, it’s worth the wait!

Processing & Fulfillment Time

We partner with trusted Print Providers who begin creating your product as soon as your order is placed.

• Fulfillment Time: 2 -7 days business days
  (This includes printing, quality check, and packaging)

Once your item is ready, it will be handed over to the shipping carrier.

Estimated Shipping Times (Standard Shipping)

Total Estimated Time = Fulfillment Time + Shipping Time
(USA orders typically arrive within 5–12 business days total)

Shipping Costs

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your location and the number of items in your order. We offer combined shipping for multiple items from the same provider to help you save.

In some cases, orders with multiple items may arrive in separate packages, depending on the product types and Print Providers used.

Order Tracking

As soon as your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking link to update after dispatch.

 

Lost or Delayed Orders

While rare, if your order appears delayed or lost in transit, please contact us at contact@hisshug.com and we’ll look into it with the carrier or our production partner.

Wrong Address Disclaimer

Please make sure your shipping address is correct at the time of checkout. If you notice an error, contact us immediately. Once the order enters production or ships, changes may no longer be possible.
